New Paradigm Astrology
I’ve been following Kaypacha with the New Paradigm Astrology since about 2017 and can highly recommend a follow. He does weekly reports on the sky movements and retreats all around the world which I have been lucky to attend just before the world was locked down!

Shaman, Healer, Sage by Alberto Villoldo
As you can see my book has so much wear and tear, it has been my bible in some of my deep healing. Alberto talks in detail about the psychological aspects and negative expressions of each chakra which lead me deep into research of healing the root chakra. An incredible resource.

Atlas of the Heart by Brené Brown
Wow. What a great reference for putting words to peoples life experience. What I love about this book is when you need language in order to understand and bring meaning to what you’re moving through but you don’t have it, it’s written in here. Brené Brown has really captured what it means to be human.

The Inner Sky by Steven Forrest
Steven has such a simple poetic way of explaining the astrology signs, houses and planets. I love all of his books but this particular one is great for anyone wanting to dive into evolutionary astrology.

The Complete Dictionary of Ailments and Diseases by Jacques Martel
Jacques Martel's book has been another bible at times of deep healing. Sometimes you read the description of what you have wrong with you and think noway, that’s not what I’m holding onto emotionally. But most of the time there’s so much truth you can’t ignore. Denial is the wound of the second chakra after all. Not really a read, simply a reference book.

Lee Harris Energy
Lee is an intuitive who posts a free monthly report on the themes coming up. In times of disconnection within I have found his reports incredibly accurate and accept what’s happening in my world. He has a beautiful, kind, non judgemental way of delivering his reports.
